Members must price all items themselves and will receive all proceeds from the sale of their items. All fabric must be pressed, folded, and marked as to whether or not it has been washed. March 24, 2009: Dawn Pratt will be showing us how to make a quilt using only one fabric. The book “Wonderful 1 Fabric Quilts” by Kay Nickols gives all the instructions. By cutting identical squares and triangles and then arranging and re-arranging them you come up with a wonderful surprise. Each quilt turns out to be one of a kind. Dawn will show examples of quilts she has made using this technique.

Guidelines will be given for the sizes and kinds of fabric to use in making the quilts and blankets. She has many inspirational stories to tell about her experiences donating the quilts and blankets.
